On this Valentine's Day if you don't know what to give your special one or you don't have anybody to share that day... surprise them or youself by making a trip to the pet store or a local shelter and adopt a beautiful pet. It is worthy... Need help with your pet, not problem in New York city you can pay a dog walker to walk your pet. Dogs or cats or any other pet in the city are well treated not like in other countries there are rights for animals. If you want to take your pet to the vet or need other treatments the local shelters might do it for less money and will provide the same service. Also, the dog walker can take your pet to the SPA, to the gym or the hotel for dogs, for real in the city they have it. Es un ojo de la cara but you don't have to worry the dog walker will pick up your dog and drop it at your place... so convinient, eh?

Hey, only in New York, Not matter the size people love animals and walk in the streets with them...they are great companionship, specially for elderly and people with disabilities pet are so great and give a lot of hope. We encourage those people who are lonely to have a pet because it is a great way of therapy.
I just want to share a little story, Pablo and I were running last summer and he saw a lonely cat. I love animals, any kind, they are so cuteee! Anyhow, We were feeding him almost every day until we tried to bring him to our house. My stepfather was so upset saying... any excuse to go out and see that animal ahaha.. The poor cat was afraid to cross the road but one day he was so hungry that he was running with us. Unfortunately, in our place, pets are not allow plus Pablo has allergies. Well, the cat (we named him strips) was in the backyard and we gave him food for some time. The cat disappear and came back after two weeks just to eat. I was so happy just to see his face aahahah and Pablo was just looking at me and saying: "I wish you can be so happy even though I don't come back to the house for more than one day." I was just worry about the cat, so I called the local shelters so they can take care of him and pick him up, but I found out that they are full and what they do is if the pet is not in good condition or if it is too old, they might put him to sleep(darle picadillo). I found that so sad, soooo strips didn't go to the shelter. He is very smart and independent so I hope in this cold weather he is ok. I feel sorry that we cannot keep him. Ayayay... Ese gato es tan querido y recordado que hasta un post le han dedicado. Todo por el amor a un gato mal agradecido y gustoso porque solo toma leche, no agua como los otros gatos callejeros. That cat most be frozen by now just like in the movie Austin Powers.
you know this is interesting cus we have a PETCO crazy near from us. felt like havin a dog at first but its such a huge responsibility that I dont feel like having a huge responsibility. but people reading this: ADOPT A PET!!! lol. girl, u´re so sweet wit the poor kitty. WAKALA, though :( cats r :(:/
