
It is season 9 of American Idol my favorite Reality Show! I love to see how people do whatever to achieve their dreams. Along the show they talked about those who struggle with cancer, have sick family members and want to participate not matter what. They inspire others and give courage to follow their dreams. It is act of love and perseverence. Like the judges said people wait years to be able to sing and perform. How wonderful, they get this opportunity. You see the happy and sad faces when they receive news about their performance. Sometimes it is ridiculous to see some people, they believe that their voice is amazing and they can sing. Reality is hard for them! They get mad and even curse to the judges. It is very fun to watch!
On the other hand my resolution for this year is to drink more healthy stuff. Like green tea, water and other herbal things. It is easy for me to do it because I stop drinking soda a while ago. But I would like more water than juice. So that's the plan...drinking other herbal stuff does not taste sweet or anything. It is bitter-yeap very very bitter!!! I will get use to like other good things in my life!
This is a tip for fast breakfast when you are in hurry to go...I use it and it is so easy!
Simple to Fix Breakfasts
1.Sunday Breakfast: Veggie omelet (two eggs, diced red or green peppers, diced onions, halved cherry or grape tomatoes, salt, pepper, turmeric)
2.Monday Breakfast: Protein energy bar
3.Tuesday Breakfast: Oatmeal with walnuts and blueberries
4.Wednesday Breakfast: Fresh banana along with handful of almonds or granola mix.
5.Thursday Breakfast: Yogurt and fruit smoothie
6.Friday Breakfast: Whole wheat toast spread with peanut butter, fresh apple or pear
7.Saturday Breakfast: Cottage cheese, mandarin oranges, rye crackers
